Inspections and repairs
Can my roof be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, a small damaged area can be repaired if the rest of the roof is sound. Widespread wear or repeated leaks may call for replacement. We inspect first and explain your options.
What does a roof inspection look at?

What should I bring to a claim review?
Bring your denial letter, insurer’s estimate, claim number, and any photos or other claim documents you have. The adjuster can tell you what else is needed.
Does a roof inspection guarantee insurance coverage?
No. An inspection records the roof’s condition. Coverage depends on your policy, the cause of the damage, and the insurer’s review.
Is public adjuster work included in a free roof inspection?
A free roof inspection is separate from public adjuster representation. Ask about the scope, any fees, and any agreement before that work begins.
